The most common pathologiclesions are benign cystic teratomas (45%) following by cystad-enomas (31.5%) (2).The reported malignancy rate of ovarian tumors during preg-nancy is about ten times lower than in the non-pregnant popu-lation and is not more than 8% (3).Benign teratomas generally do not grow beyond 15 cm indiameter unlike cystadenomas which more commonly achievelarger dimensions (2).We report the case of a pregnant woman in the 34th week ofher pregnancy affected by an ovarian mucinous cystadenomawhich, to our knowledge, is larger than anything described inthe literature up to now.
