Abstract
Invajinasyon proksimaldeki barsak parcasinin distal parca icine girmesi ile karakterize bir klinik tablodur. Tum invajinasyonlarin yalnizca %5\'i eriskinde gorulur. Inflamatuar fibroid polip gastrointestinal sistemin nadir gorulen, en sik mide antrumundan koken almakla birlikte gastrointestinal sistemin her yerinde gorulebilen lezyonudur. Yazimizda 42 yasinda terminal ileumda dev polipoid kitleye bagli ileokolik invajinasyon gelisen ve malignite suphesiyle terminal ileum rezeksiyonuyla beraber sag hemikolektomi yapilan ve kitlenin patolojisi inflamatuar fibriod polip olarak degerlendirilen olgu sunulmaktadir.
