Abstract

The term “giant nevus” is generally applied to a lesion covering most of the trunk, or to a large nevus occupying a major surface area of an extremity. We present a case of a giant hairy pigmented nevus of the face which was removed and replaced with full thickness skin grafts from the abdomen. The coverage was undertaken in 3 stages, since the nevus extended into this number of aesthetic units.
