Abstract
患者男，47岁。无诱因出现咽异物感及吞咽时阻塞感半年，1周前呕吐后可见新生物吐入口腔于2009年4月10日到我院就诊。自述吞咽过快或食物较硬时异物感明显，伴有咽部及食管上段坠痛感，进食后症状减轻；无呕血、咳血及黑便现象。患者曾于2008年9月于北京某院就诊，行颅脑MRI平扫＋增强检查提示左侧下咽、梨状窝富含脂肪、黏液包块，血供丰富，诊断“左梨状窝占位性病变”；纤维喉镜检查咽部“未见新生物”，未做进一步治疗。
