Abstract

Abstract Recruiting and retaining skilled workers is a concern for all employers. This article presents a benchmark procedure that gives manufacturing companies the opportunity to learn from each other regarding this concern in a methodically structured way. The evaluation basis for the benchmark and the requirements for its organization are presented and explained for this purpose. Finally, the application of the benchmark procedure is shown as an example.
