Abstract
This paper explores the experience and process of post-traumatic growth in people who have suffered a heart attack or myocardial infarction (MI) in the UK. Six participants were recruited from the South Wales Cardiac Rehabilitation Service database and asked about their experiences of self, relationships and world view after an MI.
