Abstract

Many nurse authors think about writing in terms of articles or book chapters. Skilled writers should also consider writing letters to the editor and short opinion pieces as a way to promote nursing and educate the public. In this article, the author shares tips on getting letters to the editor or short opinion articles published in local or national newspapers.
