Abstract

Building a collaborative relationship with other professionals is both risky and full of opportunity. Stories of these relationships may reveal essential details that can help others succeed. They explain professional struggle and reward. Hypotheses that emerge, when tested, often lead to improved health care, cost savings, and a fulfilling work life. In addition, new editors are introduced for the poetry; 55-word-story; and Families, Systems, and Health in Our Lives sections of the journal.
