Abstract

This article aims to analyze which Soft Skills are more relevant to the administrative practices of the Secretariat of People Management of the Court of Justice of Roraima, through the perspective of civil servants graduated in administration, using the problematic "In what way the identification of Soft Skills in the functions developed by civil servants graduated in administration contribute to the best performance of activities in the Secretariat of People Management? Through the analysis, it was verified that "flexibility" and "conflict resolution" were indicated as the Soft Skills most present in administrators, although others were pointed out as being more relevant for the performance of activities developed in the Secretariat of People Management. It was also possible to verify that assertive communication is the Soft Skill that needs to be improved in administrators.
