Abstract

Health is the complete state of well-being in which the individual longs to achieve. The nations are increasingly striving for continuous improvement of their populations. This scenario is complex due to several factors, ranging from the basic research of new drugs and medicines until new pharmaceuticals products for health system, new life style, epidemiology, technological advances, etc. Only the pharmaceutical industry reached more than US$ 1 trillion annually. Population aging, new technological entrants to medicine, coupled with the large amount of scientific and technological data of information available in the 21st century, have led to the exhaustion of countries' public health budgets. The urgency of better knowledge management in the integrality of health care is increasingly demanded. An agenda of value for the health sector that demands the integration of specialists from multiple areas for the convergence and pragmatism of actions, points out to be the feasible in times of digital convergence. Access to health has been expanding in recent times, but for many countries it is still a major challenge. According to the World Bank and WHO, half the world's population does not have access to essential health services.
