Abstract

This paper presents the reflections of the authors (as teachers of the Group Supervised Clinical Management Module of iupa-audepp) based on their experience in subjectivized clinical learning, which allows to promote the development of psychoanalytic psychotherapists in group supervision. Reference is made to authors R. Kaës and R. Bernardi whose theories support this experience in the formation of postgraduate courses. The reflections are framed in the paradigm of complexity (Morin, 1995). The importance of the supervisor-teacher of teamwork with their peers that benefit the development of the task and the metabolization of the inevitable anxieties is highlighted.
