Abstract

In early June 1995 Austin Exploration was contracted by an international oil and gas company to conduct a gravity and magnetic survey across their permit located on the Atlantic Coast of Equatorial West Africa. The survey area contained numerous topographical and biological environments. Execution of this contract probably presented one of the greatest challenges in the company’s 20-year history.
