The distinction between publisher and distributor is notable only because it means the book has two ISBN numbers: 0-8493-9641-7 for the United States and 1-870325-03-6 for the rest of the world. It retails for $229.95 on the CRC Press web site and can be found at prices ranging from $206.76 to $552.53 on bookselling web sites. In their preface, the editors write that the book is neither comprehensive nor systematic, and therefore cannot be considered a textbook.
