Abstract
We prove a Guillemin-Sternberg geometric quantization formula for circle action on odd dimensional <TEX>$spin^c$</TEX>-manifolds. We prove two Kostant type formulas in this case. As a corollary, we get a cutting formula for the odd spinc quantization.
