Geomatics (ISSN 2673-7418) is an international and interdisciplinary peer-reviewed open access journal to promote multi-disciplinary research over broad ranges geomatics innovative research and applications. Geomatics is an information technology discipline which integrates the tasks of gathering, storing, processing, modeling, analyzing, and delivering spatially referenced or location information. It encompasses the disciplines of surveying, hydrography, mapping, remote sensing (often called Earth observation) and geographic information processing, often called geographic information science (or GIS). As a professionally orientated discipline, Geomatics include services that meet the needs of society and which contribute to social, quality of life and the management of natural heritage and resources.
