Abstract
The present study is based on 1: 40 000 scale mapping of the area between Wadi Feiran and El-Tor, Sinai. The photo-geological map is more detailed than the previous ones. The study include details on the litho- and biostratigraphy, especially of the Late Cretaceous-Tertiary sequence, and on the facies changes within the outcropping rock-units.
