Geological aspects of processing zeolite-containing rocks in Eastern Transbaikalia

Abstract

The resource-potential of zeolite-containing raw materials of Eastern Transbaikalia is estimated. The prospects of mining and processing zeolite-bearing rocks in the Priargunsky District of the Transbaikal Region are studied. The geological aspects of mining and processing of zeolite-bearing rocks in Eastern Transbaikalia are considered. The problems of integrated processing of zeolite-containing rocks are discussed. The influence of climate on the stability of natural objects under man-made impact is estimated. The ways of reducing environmental impact of zeolite production are identified.
