Abstract

Wheat and barley are considered to be the two main agricultural crops in the world and are considered a major source of carbohydrates and protein for humans and animals, so the international agricultural organizations and developed countries pay great attention to planting and increasing the yield of these two crops ) , in order to meet the needs of humans and animals in these two main crops, The problem of this research is that the production of wheat and barley in Shaqlawa district has not developed properly, which has affected the production of wheat and barley in the region Between the years (2012-2021), and identifying the geographical capabilities (natural and human), which affect the production of crops (wheat and barley) in Shaqlawa district in order to make more use of the geographical capabilities of the region. This research uses descriptive analysis method, and field visits are another way of collecting agricultural data and information to complete the information that is not available from library sources and relevant institutions, and to achieve a good result, this research is divided into four main topics.
