Abstract
Raziskovanje turizma in prostega časa ima v slovenski geografiji že dolgoletno tradicijo, saj se je raziskovanje teh pojavov začelo hkrati z razvojem množičnega turizma po drugi svetovni vojni. V prispevku je prikazano dosedanje raziskovalno in strokovno delo na tem področju ter vloga geografije pri tem.
