Abstract
Museum collecting and working-class culture Collecting practice at the Workers' Museum in Copenhagen is described and discussed. First the author offers an argument for the field of collecting which the museum represents. The order of things as presented in a hierarchy determined by the market varies from another determined by the production of cultural heritage.
