Abstract

Pseudomonas rhizosphaerae OA2 is a rhizobacterium species characterized as plant growth-promoter isolated from the rhizosphere of maize grown in the research field of North-West University, South Africa. The whole genomic sequencing of Pseudomonas rhizosphaerae was perform using Illumina-based and the read length obtained from the sequencing data was 88,559,000 bp. The purpose of this article is to research on the plant growth-promoting functional genes that are present in the organism.
