Abstract

Interpretation of World War II and its consequences for humanity, is once again on the geopolitical agenda of national and international security. Consideration of the war through the prism of historical, legal / historical and political / historical discourse continues, despite the existence of many theories and studies. The study of the genocide of the Soviet people continues the study of complex military issues and prioritizes the assessment of crimes against humanity from the standpoint of historical politics, the preservation of historical truth, objectivity, and memory.
