Abstract
Literature data on genetic control of hormonal regulation of sexual differentiation and reproduction system development in humans are reviewed. The conditions caused by mutations of genes for gonadoliberin, gonadotropin, and anti-Mullerian hormone, as well as genes controlling biosynthesis of sexual steroids and the receptors for the latter, are considered.
