Abstract
Objective To identify the distribution feature of TGF β1-509C/T gene in the Han people in Guangdong Province.Method TGF β1-509C/T genes from health adult were amplified with PCR.Restriction endonuelease cleavage map were analyzed by Eco81.Reaults The Phenotype frequency of TGF β1-509C/C,C/T,T/T were 0.15,0.44 and 0.45,respectively.Gene frequency of TGF β1-509C and TGF β1-509T were 0.3545 and O.6455.Conclusion TGF β1-509C/T genes distribution in the Hans in Guangdong Provinee is distinctlv different from those in other areas Key words: Cuangdong Han population; TGF β1-509C/T; Polymorphism
