Abstract

This work describes prediction of disease based on chromosomes which made up of genes. Those chromosomes which have disease can predict in future generation by using genetic Algorithm. This problems solved by Genetic Algorithm using mathematical equation. Population is made up of multiple chromosomes and solution is generated by these chromosomes which contains combination of genes. Any of chromosomes may contains gene which found with disease so this should not go in next generation. It is possible due to only Genetic Algorithm. This GA finds new chromosomes population after assigning crossover rate and mutation rate cumulative fitness probabilities and random values generation.
