Abstract
As a result of the recognition of the necessity for a basic format to provide a means of assuring completeness and consistency of geologic information adequate for siting and design as well as for governmental review, a series of guidelines were prepared in California. The guidelines have been described herein and are included as the appendix to this paper. (TRRL)
