Abstract
Dogs Trust is working with the University of Bristol to set up and launch a birth cohort study for dogs, similar to the ‘Children of the 90s’ study. This study has the potential to reveal factors affecting the development of a large number of diseases affecting dogs. Veterinary surgeons can assist by encouraging their puppy-owning clients to sign up to the project.
