Abstract

The development of fundamental technology of physical optics has prompted many unique optical fields to be widely studied and applied. For example, optical needle, optical cage, optical wrench, optical chain and so on. However, due to the limitation of beam diffraction effects, many applications are limited. It is scarce for overcoming the beam diffraction effects to study-three-dimensional optical field regulation. Here, we report a special optical field with an ultralong propagation distance, using optical cages as an example. We combine Airy beam with optical pen to generate the optical cages, the propagation distance can achieve 8306λ under the three oscillations at NA = 0.095. This work not only can deepen the cognition of optical cage, but also promote the development of particle capture, manipulation, microscopic imaging and other fields.
