Abstract

Features of electrochemical formation of nonporous oxide coating on tantalum in acid fluoride-containing and organic electrolytes have been investigated. It has been shown that the morphology of the surface of the formed oxide films depends significantly on the electrolysis regime and the composition of the solution. Under certain anodizing conditions, a nanostructured crystalline-type oxide coating is formed.
