Abstract

An efficient scheme is proposed for generating and stabilizing a Bell state for two qubits coupled to a decaying resonator. The scheme requires neither specifically designed three-level systems nor additional drives applied to the resonator. We show that the fidelity of the steady state with respect to the singlet state is insensitive to the drive amplitudes and resonator decay rate. The scheme is generic, applicable to different coupled qubit–resonator systems.
