Abstract

The optical chain, zigzag and comb shape hollow dark channels were obtained with hollow Gaussian vortex beam modulated by annular aperture filters in 4π focusing configuration. The axial depth of obtained optical chain and hollow dark channels can reach up to 40λ by modulating the parameters of annular aperture filters and beam order in the focal region. And the lateral size of optical chain, zigzag and comb shape hollow dark channels can reach to 0.329λ, 0.672λ and 0.469λ respectively. The obtained optical chain and hollow dark channels can be linearly shifted along the optical axis. The shifted distance of obtained focal optical field was proportional to the phase difference of the two inverse propagated incident beams. The obtained focal optical field had potential application in the fields of multiple particles trapping and multichannel optical data storage.
