Abstract

Traditional plastic mechanics ignore the rotation of principal axis of stress, that is, the direction of principal stress axis does not change in the hardening process. In fact, the direction of stress axis will deflect due to load induced by earthquake, vehicle, etc., and thus cause plastic deformation.
