Abstract
Abstract An approximate solution of the Green's function equation may be used to generate an exact solution of the Schrodinger equation. This is accomplished through an iterative procedure. The procedure is equivalent to a perturbation expansion if the approximate Green's function is exact with respect to some reference potential.
