Generalized Lupaş operators

Abstract

In this work, by taking a continuously differentiable, increasing and unbounded function ρ, we consider an extension of the Lupaş operator Ln in the form Ln (f ◦ ρ−1) ◦ ρ for convenient functions f on [0, ∞). We give weighted approximation, Voronovskaya type theorem, quantitative estimates for the local approximation.
