Abstract

Government is the most important subject of liability to realize the overall development of urban and rural education. For government in various countries, they have all kinds of strategies to deal with the non-uniformity of the development of urban and rural education. Their strategies have shown some similarities. All governments have come out with the laws and regulations in order to promote the overall development of urban and rural education; they have as well found guarantee mechanism of funds that is beneficial to the overall development of urban and rural education; the governments have built up management system that can coordinate the development of urban and rural education; they have carried out offset items that face to the rural areas and vulnerable groups; they have also promoted the layout adjustment for schools in remote rural areas in a safe and reliable way. All of these assimilation strategies have provided important references for the overall development of urban and rural education in our country.
