Abstract

In this paper, we initiate the notion of generalised interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set and matrices to study and examine a special type of ambiguity. Here while classifying an interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set a degree is appended with the parameterization of fuzzy sets. Selecting the right candidates according to job description, efficiency and in an unbiased platform is directly linked to the success of the organization. Considering the uncertainty, complexity and unpredictability associated with the selection of candidates a decision making process based on multicriteria is developed. The reliability of this method is illustrated with examples.
