General theoretical problems of Russian financial law: a review of scientific research

Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of scientific works of domestic authors on the subject of Financial Law and the establishment of its boundaries in the context of the interpenetration of public law and private law institutions and structures; defines the main directions of discussions on the systematization of Financial Law as a branch of law in the first decades of the XXI century. A significant expansion of the field of financial and legal regulation and the modernization of legal regulation methods are noted. The content of scientific discussions on the intra-industry issues of Financial Law is presented in the context of increasing financial security risks, globalization processes and their subsequent digitalization. The conclusion is drawn on the conceptual correspondence of the science of Financial Law to the innovative, socially oriented type of development of the modern Russian state.
