Abstract

Abstract: the article is devoted to the theoretical characteristics of legal incentives. The author comes to the conclusion that legal stimulation is a purposeful change in the motivation and behavior of a legal entity in the legal sphere by adjusting the motivation of its activities. The subject of legal incentives is not only aware of the extent, limits and purpose of such influence, but also agrees with the proposed legal behavior options. Signs of legal stimulus are that it has a goal of correction of the motivation of behavior of an entity in the direction of increasing social activity, utility, and legality.; has external to internal motives and personal incentives, of human behavior and therefore can be settle law; is based on the principle of justice in the form of greater rewards for greater efforts; implemented through legal incentives; it is informational and psychological in nature and is fully realized by both the subject and the object of stimulating influence.
