Abstract
The primary objective of this paper is to examine the priorities of the Muslim community in light of the general philosophy of Islamic law. what are the priorities of the Muslim community according to the general philosophy of Islamic law? General philosophy of Islamic law regulates all aspects of life of Muslim community and it prioritises Muslim affairs in some hierarchical orders. Some important matters and issues get prominence in Islamic law. How and why do Muslims get their priorities wrong in their lives today? This paper examines these questions in this article from an Islamic perspective.
