General Cartel Bans: Criteria for Exemption for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Abstract

This publication (of 64 pages) represents the proceedings of a roundtable on general cartel bans and the criteria for exempting small and medium-sized enterprises. This roundtable was held at the OECD in April 1996. The proceedings include a background note from the German delegation and submissions from 4 other OECD countries describing the issues arising in exempting small and medium sized enterprises from general bans on cartels.
