Abstract

Multicarrier modulation code division multiple access (MCM-CDMA) technique or orthogonal frequency division multiplexing code division multiple access (OFDM-CDMA) scheme can sufficiently utilize the available spectrum and meet the demand of diverse multimedia services, therefore it is broadly considered as an effective approach for future wireless multimedia communications. In this paper, based on software-defined radio (SDR), by exploiting the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) and inverse discrete Fourier transform (IDFT), a general baseband digital model for different OFDM-CDMA schemes is developed. Moreover, the corresponding matrix representation is addressed.
