Abstract

The primary purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between bully/victim behaviors and some selected personal and family variables. For this purpose, three schools from different socioeconomic levels were selected by help of Province National Education Directorate in Erzurum and Malatya. The scale developed by the researcher was administered to 811 students in those schools. According to the results, some personal variables such as age, gender, academic achievement, substance addiction and family variables such as family type, experiencing domestic violence, education level of parents were found to be significant on bully-victim behaviors of high school students. Finally, some practical recommendations were noted.
