Abstract

The aim of the research was to study the frequency distribution of polymorphic variants of the genes СYP19A1 and CYP1A2 in belarusian patients with serous ovarian cancer. The highest risk of serous ovarian cancer of Belarusian patients is associated with carrier of genotype 734 СС of rs762551 polymorphism of the gene CYP1А2 (OR=7,41; 95%CI: 2,13–25,73). In this population established the influence of genetic polymorphism rs10046 of the genes СYP19A1 in the risk of serous ovarian cancer in women older than 50 years: CT genotype in a group of patients with serous ovarian cancer had met significantly less than the control group (OR=0,54; 95%CI: 0,32–0,91).
