Abstract

The underlying principle of reproductive biology is the growth and development of the ovarian follicle, but our knowledge of the early preantral stages of folliculogenesis in humans is still poor. Our aim was to identify differentially expressed genes at different stages of preantral folliculogenesis by expression profiling.
