В одном из ретроспективных исследований [3] у больных, которым была выполнена резекция аневризма инфраренального сегмента аорты (АИСА) с протезированием, установлено, что аневризма у женщин отличалась более короткой, чем у мужчин, проксимальной шейкой, а проксимальный анастомоз чаще формировали непосредственно у устий почечных артерий
