Abstract

Organizational members often construct their workplaces as gender neutral despite the fact that gender discrimination exists. Information communication technology (ICT) workers acknowledge gender discrimination but construct it as not relevant in their work. This construction suggests that they are experiencing gender fatigue and are weary of thinking about gender inequality.
