Abstract

The purpose of carrying out community service activities with capital market educational friends is to provide an understanding of the types of financial instruments traded on the capital market and how to transact them so that the level of financial literacy, especially in the capital market sector, will also increase. Education about the capital market is aimed at high school/equivalent students who are part of Gen Z because Gen Z is a potential investor candidate who will later become part of the middle-class society which is a group of people who are more consumptive in fulfilling their lifestyle, including in choosing an investment. The implementation of community service activities is carried out using the lecture method. In its implementation, the participants looked enthusiastic about the material presented. The students also asked several questions related to investment in the discussion on how to invest in the capital market.
