Abstract

CaCO 3 as a filler has been used in the PVC. In this study, industrial waste was used instead of CaCO 3 and were investigated changes in the thermal properties. Used in cutting waste was emerged during the produced in GRP pipe production from wet cutting. PVC, GRP waste powder and process aids were mixtured then produced in extrusion system for polymer matrix composite production. Thirteen different weight (%5-%70) percentages of cutting waste as a filler were reinforced to PVC. CaCO 3 reinforced and pure PVC were produced in extrusion system to make comparison. All PVC samples were evaluated through DTA-TG analysis.
