Abstract

One of the constraints of low productivity of chili caused by a viral infection called Gemini virus. Viral infections potentially reduce yields by 20-100%. Due to these conditions, it is necessary to look for methods in monitoring and evaluating virus attack on chili to get a better yields production. The purpose of this study is to analyze the chili farms that were exposed by virus. Image acquisition is done through aerial photography via multi-copter. Bayesian segmentation is used to determine the level of virus attacks on individual plant with a 3-dimensional input color component (R, G, B) and 4 segmentation target.
