Abstract

This study presents a game designed to integrate the principles of music therapy and an interactive game aimed at improving mental health. The game is accompanied by relaxing music and it explores the potential of combining rhythmic synchronization and visual impact as a novel approach to support well-being and foster a state of mental relaxation.
